Overdue Material Policy

Harrison City Ordinance 312.156

After a period of 15 days grace beyond past due date, the non-return of any loan items such as books, periodicals, tapes, and other materials shall be declared an unlawful misdemeanor subject to $100.00 fine and/or 90 days in jail.
